1. LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

It is up to the User of the Web Site to ensure that he has the requisite competence and means to access the Web Site and to use it. The User of the Web Site must check that the computer configuration that he uses is not affected by any viruses and that it is in good operating condition. The operator of the Web Site shall not be liable for technical malfunctions (breakdowns, technical problems involving the hardware, etc.) which might result in the suspension or the termination of the service offered on the Web Site. Therefore, the User recognises that he shall use this information under his sole responsibility.
4. PERSONAL DATA
The User is hereby informed that the personal data that he discloses in the forms provided on the Web Site is necessary to handle his orders. This data is gathered by Ocean sushi Management, which is responsible for its processing, for purposes of managing the file of existing and prospective clients, handling orders, customer service and prospecting for sales, management of the commercial and promotional operations, recruitment. The User’s personal data shall only be used by Ocean sushi Management. The User of the Web Site has a right to access his personal data, as well as of a right to rectify, complete, update, lock or erase any personal data concerning him which is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, expired or whose gathering, use, disclosure or retention is prohibited. In accordance with article 15 LPD, the User of the Web Site may request in particular that the processing of his data, and in particular its disclosure to third parties, be prohibited, or that the data itself be rectified or destroyed. A cookie is a block of data which cannot be used to identify the User but which is used to record information concerning the User’s navigation on the Web Site. The same shall apply to any databases featuring on the Web Site/Apps; these databases are protected by law. The trademarks of the operator of the Web Site/Apps and of its partners, as well as the logos featuring on the Web Site are registered trademarks. Any reproduction, re-publication, redistribution or showing of these trademarks or of these logos, whether wholly or partly, in any way whatsoever, based on the elements of the Web Site/Apps, without first securing the express permission of their owner, shall therefore be prohibited.
7. HYPERTEXT LINKS
The operator of the Web Site hereby disclaims liability for the content of any web sites that are accessible from the Web Site via hypertext links.
The operator of the Web Site/Apps hereby prohibits any person from implementing hypertext links pointing towards this Web Site without its express prior authorisation. In any event, the implementation of such links shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the operator of the Web Site.

This Web Site shall be governed by Belgium law.
